Caitlin was a dual agent on the deal, and did not nothing to represent by interest as a buyer. In fact, she retracted the deal after it was under contract, and increased the price for me. She also inaccurately assured me that certain appliances were included under the home warranty. When I went to file a claim for one of these appliances, the warranty company informed me that it was not included (despite Caitlin's attestation), and that my disclosure precluded be from getting future coverage. Bottom line is that Caitlin got 2x the commission on the deal, and did none of the work to represent me.

Caitlin Darke misrepresented the home, the condition, and the listing details. Things were broken, missing, unsafe, and she made us feel uncomfortable for asking about it. It was the worse experience we have ever had with a realtor. She was unprofessional and aggressive at the same time. She did none of the work to represent us.

Caitlin’s idea of representing a $4M home is to make you feel uncomfortable when you’re asking too many question about the properties and she knows none of the answers because she didn’t do her homework and has no interest in finding out. She just disappears for a week. Her idea of welcoming your family to a new house after you’ve made an appointment for a walk through is to text you a photo of an envelop stashed in the backyard with the key inside. Happy hunting! Wow! There are more realtors than homes for sale in the US. It boggles the mind how such a lazy and unprofessional realtor can sell anything at all.
