Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped us negotiate a great deal on the perfect home for us in an extremely difficult market. We had been looking for a long time with several different brokers prior to finding Daniel. He streamlined the process, showed us homes that were relevant to our search, and helped us find a great contractor to assess the needs and costs of renovations before we made an offer. Highly recommend working with Daniel. He brings a great deal of value to the process.
After 24-years in our charming Felton house, we had made the decision to relocate after purchasing a home in another state. That put us on a timeline to get our existing home sold as quickly as possible. Not having a clue as to who to use as a real estate agent, we resorted to online research and came up with Daniel Oster, Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive and he seemed to be a young, energetic, and a highly creative individual. All that we can say is this was definitely an understatement!We met with Daniel for the first time and he told us about his marketing strategies and methods. One thing that was completely new to me was Coldwell Bankers heavy use of social media outlets in marketing as a supplement to traditional tactics. Daniel also emphasized the importance of proper staging and high-end photography for his listings.As luck would have it, we were then hit with the COVID-19 outbreak and unprecedented real estate restrictions. Daniels expertise in leveraging social media was going to have to play even more heavily with the coronavirus impact on the real estate industry. We couldnt use the normal open house approach but still had to reach our potential buyersnow!Daniel was with us every step of the way. Even though he had a basket of listings of far greater value than ours, you would think that we were his only client. From various remodeling efforts, painting, and even some stone work that he did himself, he was always at our side. When the final photoshoot was scheduled, his professional photographer took daylight, evening, and even overhead drone shots of our home.Daniel provided us with detailed daily showing times with almost every day completely booked. He provided the proper sanitation for the home and strictly enforced the CA Dept. of Health Guidance for Real Estate. After viewing the internet listing, all you could think was brilliant. The property images were breathtaking. After only 11-days on the market we signed a multiple counter-offer for the sale of our home significantly over the asking price. Nobody writes a contract, understands a contract, or performs on a contract like Daniel!

Then you are told how great their realtor is the greatest and you should call them.Well, unless they are recommending Daniel then they are doing you a disservice as the true greatest realtor in the area is Daniel.We have worked with Daniel to buy our first house, sell that house and now purchase or new house.Each time Daniel has gone above and beyond to help us out. With both times signing he has been there to explain the forms for us and help with our children. When it comes to making a the right bid on a property then timing is a major factor and Daniel was there when we found the house we wanted.Now that we have purchased the house with the help of Daniel we have contractors and work scheduled so that we can get a lot of it out of the way before moving in or as soon as we have moved in.So if you want a realtor that you can have confidence in securing your dreams of selling or buying then Daniel is the man to call.

Daniel shared our excitement when things were going well in the process, and he provided encouragement when things sometimes took longer than we hoped.We trusted Daniel to guide us through the process of preparing our house for sale. On each step of the way, he recommended vendors and contractors who did great work at reasonable prices. We never exceeded the budget that we established in the planning stage. We were not living in the house at the time, and Daniel supervised all aspects of the project. When we finally saw the professional photographs, we literally gasped in surprise and wonder at the final result.I mentioned the Japanese living space. Daniel bent over backwards to respect the cultural traditions that we practiced in this space, and did everything he could to encourage other agents and their clients to do so as well. Having to follow these house rules may have discouraged or turned off some prospective buyers, but the fact that Daniel insisted on it anyway says a lot about his character.Selling a house is never a fun project, but Daniel made it relatively painless, and we were very pleased with the outcome. For anyone buying or selling, I highly recommend that they talk to Daniel.
