We can not say enough positive things about Molly and the energy and professionalism that she brings to the table. You will find her tireless and resilient in support of your buyer or seller needs. Having previously sold with Molly, we used her services again to find and purchase a lovely home in the Bay Ho area. Molly is incredible at identifying active and inactive listings that fit our very specific needs. She was not discouraged at all by our laundry list of desired features and location preferences. If you are having any issues finding properties, you will not have this problem with Molly. She has repeatedly proven herself in this area. She found more high quality listings in two weeks than our previous agent shared in more than a year as potential buyers. Upon finding our current home, we submitted an offer and negotiated across a long holiday weekend. Molly was there for us every step along the way with insights gained from many years of experience and hundreds of transactions. She also proved to be an invaluable asset through helping us identify the need for multiple supplementary inspections on the property. Our original offer was at the asking price as the interior was fully updated, but there were some exterior update/maintenance needs. Inspections found several items that were negotiated with the seller. Molly was an incredible help in deciding which of the identified issues to elevate and which to defer. Ultimately negotiated back nearly 4.5% in seller concessions. Molly was also a great help in her work with our mortgage broker. She smoothed many processes and helped expedite our close. Additionally, in the 48 hours after closing, an issue came to light that Molly very adeptly negotiated with the seller agreeing to another costly repair that could not have been discovered during our inspection process. Go with Molly!!! She is awesome, and we are repeat customers who will be back for our future real estate needs!!!
