I had the pleasure of working with Ronda this summer (2013) in the search for and purchase of my condo. This was the first time I had bought real estate by myself, so I felt apprehensive and intimidated by my lack of knowledge about the process. Ronda was supportive, very informative, always patient, totally professional but at the same time pleasant and friendly. We looked at many, many condos, and in the end I found the one that perfectly met my needs. Ronda then guided me through the process of buying it. My apprehension was gone, and I now have a lovely new home. I would recommend Ronda to anyone.

My husband and I were needing to find a home quickly in a VERY competitive market (January 2013). Houses were under contract before you could even see them. I had a newborn so I was up at all hours. I got the listing email usually around 3-4 am. I saw a house that I loved and texted her immediately. She actually responded very early and got us in by 9. She guided is making an appropriate offer and we were under contract immediately. Four more offers came in right after for more money! Escrow had its challenges due to complicated financing and Ronda kept the sellers committed, even after our cutoff date. She was always very responsive and very calming during a stressful time. Ronda was awesome! When we first contacted her, we told her we were not in a hurry and wed wait a week to meet her. That day we found a house we wanted to put an offer on and we immediately contacted her about giving us a hand. We met her later in the afternoon and she had already checked the comps and contacted the selling Realtor. We made an offer that day and two days later accepted a counter offer. In the meantime, she helped us with a half a dozen other homes we checked as back ups. Her customer service and responsiveness to our needs (and plethora of questions) placed her well above other realtors. Additionally, unlike other realtors we ran across during our hunt, she was never pushy or demanding and was extremely patient with us! Her other traits include a great sense of humor, extremely courteous, always punctual, professional, intelligent, reliable and respectful.

Ronda is an exceptional agent. She helped my wife and I relocate to San Diego County after 25 years in a beautiful remote wilderness area in the Trinity Alps. After that many years close to nature, we were not the easiest home buyers to satisfy, and we needed a lot of hand-holding. Ronda quickly determined what would work for us and what would not. She narrowed the list down to about 18 properties county wide, and then found the perfect home for us in Alpine, near San Diego...just enough small town atmosphere, with enough conifers, rocks, and open country for us to feel at home immediately, and the commute to the airport and facilities is very reasonable. Ronda then helped us negotiate and preserve what turned out to be a very complicated and delayed closing due to problems with our buyer up North. Ronda is a very hard working, knowledgeable, and highly experienced agent who is a jewel to deal with. She knows the market, knows the properties, knows the financial ins and outs, and will get the job done quickly and professionally. In 55 years of buying and selling homes all over the US we have never had the pleasure of a better real estate person.

Wish we could give 7 stars! (and I rarely give anybody/anything 5 stars). We could not have asked for more in an agent. Ronda was always right on time and never canceled an appointment and went above and beyond our expectations. Ronda is upbeat and friendly and really listens to her clients. Ronda is by far the most amazing realtor ever. This is my second experience in buying a home and her ability to make stressful scenarios fell manageable and calm is a gift. Her knowledge of the entire process didn't leave me guessing (stressing) what to expect next. Her grace in negotiations got me into the house during this crazy market almost 10K below asking and little to no hiccups. Ronda is a true professional. Always there for you no matter the time and date of the week.My purchase took a long time to close escrow which caused undue stress for all involved.
