- Randy and I connected, but did no business
I was absolutely unsatisfied with my TWO separate experiences with Randy Lui. A couple years ago my two roommates and I were looking for a three bedroom unit and found a perfect one that Randy Lui gave us a tour of. We sent him an application and he said he would get back to us with their final decision, but he never did. I emailed and called but got no response. A couple weeks ago, as my one roommate and I looking for a two bedroom, we came across a unit that Randy represented. We unfortunately fell in love with this unit as well, and immediately applied as when we talked to Randy in person he told us there was only one other person applying. The next day, I emailed Randy to confirm that he got the application. He replied once, saying that they were still deciding. After that, I got nothing. I emailed and called, again, and got no response. He ghosted us twice and I think that's unacceptable.
