- Derrick listed and sold my home
Avoid at all cost!!!!! Made the selling of our home one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. We came into the deal up front with what we wanted and not a single timeline was met which forced us to close 14 days late. We had to issue him a “notice to perform” and a “demand to close” in order to get him to be responsive or just do his job. We are still trying to figure out how the buyer stayed with him throughout the process. We are ashamed that he made one cent in commission from the sale of our house. I only hope this saves someone else the unnecessary stress we went through.
