We had viewed a couple houses with a different agent/company before finding Audrey Moore and RandRealty through Zillow. Our first agent was a bit pushy and dismissive when it came to our needs and what we were looking for. Audrey was a breath of fresh air when we first met her, and we had no doubt we were going to continue our search solely with her.Audrey went above and beyond for us every step of the way. She provided detailed reports for eachhome/neighborhood we viewed, and she was an integral part of our negotiation and contract process. The contract and closing were predominantly managed by our attorney (who Audrey recommended to us) but Audrey still made a point of being available for any questions we had and was present at all appointments.As first time home buyers, we wouldn't have been able to get through a very difficult sale (due to difficult sellers) without all of her knowledge and help. She was everything we could have hoped for in an agent, and more!
