Couldn’t be happier to recomend Gloria and her team for buying or selling your house. We decided pretty late in the year that we would like to move since our house didn’t fit our family life-stage anymore (1/2 empty nesters) as well as it needed some additional repairs and Gloria met with us and outlined all the options (market, off-market, as-is,etc..) with pros and cons. Gloria knows the local market very well. We found a house pretty quickly with Linda who also works with Gloria and Kamran who is the lender. This team works seamlessly together to make both transactions happen and all the tasks needed for a successful close and their advice was unbelievably valuable during inspections, negotiations, and all aspects of the process. We have been extremely happy with the responsiveness, knowledge and transparency of the team Do yourself a favor if you want a house buying/selling experence that is as hassle-free as possible and call Gloria Lu. We had spoken with other realtors in the past but none were as organized and responsive as Gloria and her team. She was always available for advice and support as we moved through the process.
