We were so lucky to have been referred to Eric Hatch by a friend of ours. He is THE BEST! I cannot say enough good things about him. He walked us through every step, working with us on the offer, making sure we got the inspections we needed, having the seller fix things for us before we moved in, and so much more. I know Eric has a lot of other clients, but he makes you feel like you're the only person he's working with. He gets back to you fast, always keeps you up to date, and patiently answers your all of your questions (even if you have 500 questions like I did). We completely trust him and highly recommend him!
