Robert is the best realtor ever! He showed my daughter and I multiple homes, he was never pushy and really cared the help us find the perfect home for us. I would recommend Robert Yost to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! Five Stars for sure!

Robert is the best! We have used several realtors throughout the years and after using him a few years ago we didn’t even consider using anyone else when we needed a realtor this year. He is professional, knowledgeable, on top of everything, always available, organized, easy to work with; everything you want/need in a realtor. I thought we had priced our last house too high. He said “just trust me”. I did and we got 20 thousand more then asking price. We highly recommend him, you won’t regret it.

The situation I was in for needing a realtor was to sell and then buy as quickly as possible. I COULD NOT HAVE come across a better realtor than Robert. I knew nothing about home buying - but he proved in our first meeting that I could just let him be the expert and take me through the steps. It's not always about industry knowledge and competency, though Robert absolutely receives fives stars - but he also had the kindness and understanding of my own personal pressures. He took those on, sold my house quickly, and worked with me diligently until I found a new home I would love. As long as I'm in California, he's our family realtor and our friend – and in the Spring, we’ll be looking for his buying/selling expertise again! Robert did an awesome job helping my family find our perfect home. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I sent a note through Zillow on a Sunday afternoon expecting to get an e-mail response the next day. He called me within 5 minutes! This responsiveness continued throughout our transaction to sell our property in Folsom. His marketing strategy and negotiating experience on counter offers was spot on. While I live out of the area, he arranged for estimates and a work repair for us. Our property was listed on a Tuesday, and we received a full-price offer during the weekend open house. Only 28 days from listing to closing of escrow. No need to look any further, Robert Yost is the Realtor you need!

Very knowledgeable of the market: Very important for us since we were relatively new in the area. 2. He cares: Robert and his team really cared about helping us find the home we wanted not pushing to get a deal closed, very patient, always open to get us to see as many options as we wanted as soon as it was possible. 3. Very good negotiator and always willing to help: We always got a fast and accurate response from him and even on the minor details of the negotiation and closure timings he helped with a great attitude to solve the roadblocks.
