Excellent. He is very professional and pleasant. He represented the sellers and worked extremely well with my realtor. First time I met him, he was showing two homes at two open houses I went to one day. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I contacted my realtor about one of the houses and she too said he is great. I bought one of the houses I saw and the process was very smooth and he worked great with my realtor.
