Nadine Sanepour has placed a rental listing 3907 El Soneta Pl. Alexandria, va 22309 that Mrs. Sanepour stated it only needed new carpet and refrigerator replaced. she stated we could move in right away after . she than meet my husband at his job to collect our application including $50 per person fee she excepted cash in stead of advising us to make a money order instead. My husband and i went to see the location upon arrival coming up to the unit it looked tore down it needed a lot of repair other than what she had mention the pictures on the site did not look as close to the pictures described in the listing. That unit needs more than just a carpet change. she stated that the wall were all ready painted and it was not . I have called Mrs. Sanepour several times requesting to please cancel the application and refund our money . as on 04/29/2018 to 05/1/2018 she has not call to inform me if my application fee will be refunded. or picks up my calls.
