What can I say, working with Zinta and Rob was such a pleasure during the purchase of our home. We couldn't be happier with her team and Remax representing us. We met Zinta at one of her open houses and automatically knew that we wanted her to represent us. Zinta Rodgers-Rickert made an impossible task not just manageable, but easy. Selling my home, in which I had lived for 33 years and raised three children, would have been emotionally daunting by itself. However, over the decades, its extensive storage space had absorbed at least three additional households. Now as a retired widow, with my 93-year-old mother living with me, I had neither the time nor the emotional or physical energy to face the task of getting the house ready to sell. Yet it had to be done. Family had moved out of the area, and now on a fixed income, I could no longer afford to live there. Fortunately, along came Zinta. At our first meeting, Zinta convinced me with her professionalism, expertise, and initiative that we could handle the overwhelming task before me. She was right. In the three months it took to prepare the house for the market, Zinta offered the information, resources, and guidance to accomplish what needed to be done. In addition, when after one month I had the opportunity to move closer to family, Zinta encouraged me to go, immediately assuming all responsibility for scheduling and supervising any remaining tasks, plus the vacant house. In my absence, Zinta relentlessly moved toward the goal, while keeping me apprised of the progress and respecting both my wishes and my budget. When the house was finally ready to sell, her marketing strategies enabled it to do so quickly. In essence, Zinta's effective real estate skills transformed an overwhelming job into a fait accompli. Now reunited with family and happily settled in my new home, I can't thank Zinta enough for all that she did. Truly, without her, it would not have been possible.

Zinta and Rob were fabulous to work with, from start to finish. We interviewed many realtors, but Zinta was the most completive and very aggressive to ensure our home sold for the most money the quickest. Zinta walked us through the entire process starting with an estimate, then what we needed to accomplish prior to putting our home on the market to include staging and having a professional come through to take some incredible pictures. Zinta's estimate was right in line with the other realtors that we had interviewed, so we had a lot of confidence that she was in line with the true cost of our house and knew exactly when our home needed to be on the market for top dollar. After only 3 days, we had multiple over asking price bids. The final sale price was $10K over asking, plus 35 day rent back for free. Zinta is an incredible negotiator and she worked hard to get us TOP dollar. Zinta walked us through the process from start to finish, we could not have been happier.

I was looking to move into a condominium again and Zinta was my agent. She is very knowledgeable about the condominium market and the overall real estate market. She was able to help me better define what I was looking for and really helped match me up with possible properties. When I found something I liked, Zinta was on the job...getting background information on the property, communicating with the listing agent, checking out comps in the neighborhood, etc. She provided very sound advice on making an offer and all the negotiations connected with it. We closed the deal in 30 days! Zinta’s 30 years of real estate experience really shone through and made the entire process as smooth as silk!

Zinta’s ability to hone our desired style and budget calculations for finding our first home were impeccable. She was always available and possess a deep knowledge (30+ years!) of the Northern Virginia housing market. Her personality endears you to her almost immediately. My wife and I joke that we will miss seeing her regularly now that we have a home. The market didn’t slow down that much due to COVID-19. A crucial aspect of competing in the NoVa market for VA buyers is the home appraisal process. With Zinta's guidance and knowledge, our contracts were competitive. We finally closed on our dream home after an action packed six hours that spanned seeing the property after work, submitting an offer, going through two counter offers, and signing a ratified contract shortly before midnight. Zinta really put in the work and her network of connections runs deep. You will be able to go far with Zinta in your corner.
