  • Robert showed me homes

      We had a terrible experience with Robert Jenets at an open house earlier today. We showed up at 1 pm and were at the house for no more than 15 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, our two year old threw a tantrum, and I immediately brought him outside. I came back into the house a couple of minutes later to tell my husband that it was time to go, and we were clearly preparing to leave as I was putting his coat on. Robert Jenets approached me with what I thought was going to be an offer of help, and instead rudely told me that I needed to leave immediately as my son’s crying was disturbing others looking at the house. The house was a young family’s home and no doubt they would like to be represented by a realtor who shows kindness and empathy to parents in a situation like this. Additionally, Mr. Jenets did nothing during the open house. He showed up 4 minutes before it was set to begin, never introduced himself, and failed to ask if we had any questions. Perhaps a hot DC metro area market allows him to be lazy in the sales process. Choose another realtor.
