OMG! What can I say?! Who sells a house in 36 hours?! Amy was recommended by our daughter and son-in-law, whose house sold in 6 days (we thought that was pretty awesome!) I inherited my parents home after their passing and decided to sell the house. The house presented several challenges all of which Amy didn't even seem phased by. The house hadn't had any maintenance done on it for 30 years, there was a hoarding issue and pet smells. Each problem that the house set up she knocked them down. Then because of her pregame work, the house was on the market for about 36 hours and we got more money than we expected. As closing was getting close my lawyer dropped the ball and wasn't returning calls, so the title company she uses Mobility Title and Daphne just stepped up and handled everything and we were able to close on the house within 12 days of the initial offer because of the amazing communication from Amy and her team.
