Straight to the point....Christine is a life saver!!!! I can't imagine how much worse my buying experience would have been if I didn't have such a flexible, creative and diligent realtor! Moving to the area, I needed to find a place fast. However, I also had to work long hours. Christine made time for me every weekend I was available and we soon found a great house. We were up against an unethical seller's agent who tried several tricks to void previous agreements already made. Christine caught all these changes and kicked them back. Even when closing the seller's had trashed the home and Christine made them pay for clean up and followed up on minor agreements which had not been verified yet....something the sellers kept trying not to do. Additionally, my lenders made several mistakes when figuring out the loan amounts which meant I had to bring more to the table. Christine coached the lender into offering me compensation for the mistake which helped me cover some of the difference in costs. I HIGHLY recommend Christine because she is super easy to get along with but also not afraid to speak the truth. She was completely transparent during our process and went the extra mile in helping to keep me straight leading up to closing. Bottomline, I had horrible sellers and their agent was even worse. Having Christine in my corner though gave me the confidence I wasn't walking into a bad deal.
