Justin went above and beyond in helping my family purchase our first home. Instead of seeing dollar signs, Justin pointed out to us that one of the homes we looked at wasn’t your average sale and we could potentially get it for an excellent price. Being a budget minded buyer like many others, we decided to let Justin work his magic and make an offer that was accepted by the seller. The offer was far lower than the homes value, but Justin knowing the system worked to our advantage and we couldn’t have been happier! Our home will be up for sale in the next couple of years and we fully intend on acquiring the services of Justin for the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new home.
