Awful- we had to report her to the department of commerce for her concerning lack of knowledge in every aspect of the industry. She is only concerned about herself and her commission. She doesn't her the borrower or the sellers interest in mind at all. She is not informed of any updated regulations in the industry so she is completely clueless. FIND SOMEONE ELSE
