This guy is really shady and won't get back to you. He's on his own agenda and likes to screw people out of deals. He won't keep you in the know and will wait way longer than appropriate to let you know what's going on with whatever you're working on. DEFINITELY don't use this guy to find you a home or to help sell your home! He's bad news!

You won’t find a better realtor in the area than Jeff Daniel. He is experienced and knowledgeable, having his broker license for over 35 years and is part owner of Real Estate Unlimited. He’s also is in the top 1% of realtors in Michigan and his sales per year are in the multi million dollar range. Id say that’s a pretty amazing record and the facts speak for themselves! Jeff helped my wife and me buy our current home, negotiating with the listing agent and carefully monitoring the process so there were no hiccups during the inspection and appraisal phases. He’s a kind and conscientious person who is very accessible and easy to work with. If you are thinking of purchasing a home or selling your place, especially anywhere in the southeastern section of Michigan, you might want to call this realtor!

Outstanding!! Over and above what we expected!! Was very helpful and was constantly available in helping us sell our home even though he was very busy.

beware, he did not follow through after selling our mothers home. its been 3 months and still have not been paid ( he did get paid his commission tho) we were waiting on a septic inspection that he said he would set up. Jeff gave all kinds of excuses when i talked to him today, very unprofessional and basically told me it was not his problem. also mentioned how he had trouble getting someone out. I made One phone call and there sending someone TOMORROW....now how hard was that? in my opinion he didn't even try. i have another complaint about him,. we had an offer on this home, he then took it upon himself to take down the listing. 2 weeks later the buyer backed out. so home had to be put back on the market, losing many potential customers. he then convinces the estate executor to substantially lower the price on the home. in todays market that should of never happened. this guy is a piece of work and i highly reccoment DONT USE. to many other good ones out there, this is my experience with him
