Amy did a fabulous job helping me find a condo downtown with a river view. She was always available for showings and questions, and really took care of everything as far as sealing the deal. She has a good eye for problems with the properties, but also knows people who can take care of them. She quickly narrowed down the places we needed to look at after seeing a few with me and having me review/eliminate some on the emails she sent. She was extremely professional with me and all who we interacted with, but she's so easy to talk to and get along with. I couldn't be happier and recommend her highly!!!

I recently purchased a property with Amy Woods as my buyer's agent. This is the 4th property that I have purchased and she was hands down, the best realtor I have worked with. I learned about Amy as a referral and knew very little about her before our first telephone conversation. With this property being a very inexpensive one, I expected the level of service to reflect that, but Amy proved me wrong. The level of service, attentiveness, and expertise she provided was amazing. My husband and I called Amy to show us a house that ended up already being under contract. She suggested a different property that was exactly what we were looking for. We put a contract on it the same day and she took care of everything else! She made it so easy, it really seems like we just showed up at closing. We have used other agents for more expensive properties, but definitely never gotten the level of service that we got from Amy. I found Ms. Woods to be extremely helpful in the selling of my property. She was able to make recommendations to increase the homes marketability. She also provided recommendations of contractors who were capable of doing the work at a reasonable price, and then oversaw the work to its completion while keeping me informed of it's progress. In that I lived two and a half hours away from the property hers services were indispensable. I don't believe I could have found or asked for anyone better.
