Be aware of this realtor his practices are very demeaning. All he is after is money in his pocket!! . After dealing with him I had a bad feeling when he wanted to buy my redemption right after I said no he contacted my ex-wife who does not own the property and had her file her redemption right to buy my home which I sold my redemption right to another very professional great realtor company in albquerque . I have signed documentation from the courts that the home is mine and which she gave up her right on the home to me as well, Ashok is now filing for a second time in court After the first attempt the judge granted it to me again and he’s trying to get my old home and go after my redemption right and he is going after the realtor company who I signed up with! They to have been having problems with him on other homes in Albuquerque and SF and one now as I’m writing this . When I first contacted Ashok about all this which I was very professional well he hangs up on me. So if he is the number one seller in New Mexico people should be very aware of his practices and if you’re selling your redemption right do not go through him contact TAL military company who are professional locally owned and will be by your side to help you and in crazy business practices like this from Mr Ashok . He should be looked at By the realtors association of New Mexico which I will contact!! BE AWARE !!!
