Also his after listing service was impeccable. The buyers realtor was a little weak and in my opinion, Pete picked up the slack and made the transaction at our end come off without a hitch. 03/31/2017 - smital Sold a home in 2017 in Near N Valley, Albuquerque, NM 87107. After my father died, it fell to me to sell the family house. It was a daunting task because I don't live in Albuquerque anymore and the house was quite dated and needed lots of attention. Pete was there with me through every step. He got me multiple bids for roof work, electrical, inspections, etc. He reviewed contractors' work. He helped negotiate prices. And he was sensitive to the total amount of time and money I could afford to dedicate to it. When it was time to list the house, he put together a beautiful website that showed off its features. About twenty potential buyers visited on opening weekend and we had three bids - all equal to or greater than the asking price - to review. Closing went smoothly. My whole family thinks I'm a hero, but really the credit goes to Pete. I recommend him without reservation.
