The entire experience left alot to be desired and was completely chaotic due to atrocious communication, inconsistent or nonexistent follow up, and lack of knowledge and/or a lack of integrity in providing clear answers. He did not represent the buyer, or seller, he only looked out for himself and his commission check. In the end, everything did have a price, the house, the fees, and his integrity, all came with a price tag.
