I hadn't planned on purchasing a condo but with COVID I decided a bigger space would help with so much time at home. I bought my 1 bedroom in Seattle with Sarah's help when I first moved to the city 3+ years ago. With the opportunity to move back to where I'm from given remote work, I decided I would rather just sell my property rather than rent it out and given how good of a job Sarah did on the buyer side, it was a no-brainer to list with her now that I was selling. She is always very responsive and ensures that she proactively addresses issues she can foresee coming up given her expansive knowledge and experience. We successfully closed on the transaction earlier this month and this was all coordinated by her while I was living out of state in a different time zone.
