We were first time home buyers looking for a house before we moved to the area. Debra devoted a weekend to helping us find a place, putting together a list of houses within our budget and making sure we had relevant local knowledge to choose a neighborhood that worked for us. She was flexible throughout, for instance, building in time for breaks since we had our 3-month old along for the ride. When we found a house we liked, she was clear in walking us through the process, answering questions at all times of day, and making sure we knew when important deadlines were coming. She oversaw the inspection process while we were out of town. Once we'd purchased the house, she remained generous and helpful; from providing recommendations for where to find things we needed in town, to stocking the kitchen with things we'd need after our long day moving here, to loaning us things we needed for our kitchen while all of our own stuff was being shipped cross country.

We purchased a house after watching the market for a long time. We know a lot of the real estate agents in our area, and although they are all good at what they do, we only wanted the best! Debra was always upfront and honest and worked hard to get the results we wanted. We didn't get everything we had asked for, but Debra walked us through all our options carefully and worked with us to settle with the best possible outcome! (We had a very stubborn seller) We had to also push hard to meet our deadline to move, and between our loan officer and Debra they pulled a miracle and got it done three days before the deadline! Then while we were exhausted and scrambling to unpack the house, Debra shows up with a bag full of goodies, drinks and pizza coupons! She was such a lifesaver! In the end, we couldn't be happier with the outcome and we know we made the best choice and even a new friend in going with Debra Clerf! We highly recommend using her expertise, experience and professionalism over all others!
