I found Panozzo Team through UpNest purely by chanceperhaps providence! I had an immediate sense of direction during our initial meeting that steered the decision to work together. That instinct could not have been better. The team listened and took notes on my home, really hearing all the highlights I valued and together reached a listing price. The photography and listing were quickly complete and their plan to enter Coming Soon prior to the holidays while giving me time to enjoy my family was the perfect plan before going active. Once the date arrived to go active, things were quickly happening as multiple showing requests and offers came in over the first two days. I accepted an offer before our Open House, eliminating the need for further showings! The Panozzo Team navigated the entire process exchanging ideas through e-mails and texts, and never was there a question left waiting for an answer. They were available on my schedule throughout, and supporting and guiding through some difficult personal issues that arose. I reached out to Dyana on June 2022. She right alway booked appointment to show us a prototype of my interest. How ever at that time I was debating on the distance, but we loved the property. I started to reach out to multiple realtors just to see what they had to offer since we are first time buyers. Let me tell you I didnt find someone that took their job as a top priority like Dyana did. I came back to her and felt what a waist of my time with the other realtors. She is so attentive to details. I am not usually one for reviews, though felt compelled to write a review about the Panozzo Team and Kim Panozzo. I just cant say enough about the teamwork, dedication and diligence. I found Kim well kind of by chance; and she listed my Property in. Scottsdale . I never came to Arizona, after speaking with Kim, Dave, Kayla, I felt very comfortable with Kim taking the lead and allowed her to take full control as I was very busy with another deal. Not only was the property sold in record tome for a record high, the Panozzo team allowed the availability to work on my other projects without having to Babysit. I would never use another Realtor ever again. I would like to think that my opinion would hold leverage as a a retired Industry Executive with over 27 years experience in the Real Estate Sector."

Kasia is an amazing agent. We bought our house in a highly competitive market. Sometimes we had to see the houses the same day they went to the market. Even during a "seller's market" the Panozzo Team negotiated bids that exceeded my most optimistic price. During the process a water pipe broke and my home suffered some water damage. The worst luck at the worst time. The Panozzo Team helped me remain confident and guided me through the restoration process. Mari Woods is truly INCREDIBLE. Mari cares so much about each of her clients and that is evident in everything she does. This review is going to be a bit over the top, but I think that's in keeping with the level of service Dave and Kim provided as we were going through the home sale process. They were Amazing. Stellar. Stupendous. We need to invent a new word to describe how great they were. They treated us the way you would treat your very best friend in the whole world. Seriously. We had a difficult sale process that included 2 years of litigation before we could finally sell the property. The Panozzos helped us to rent the house while we were in litigation. Because we no longer live in the area, they stepped in to monitor contractors, fend off neighbors, and even protect the neighborhood children when someone inadvertently left the gate to the pool open! Who does that? They do. And that's why we need a new word for how amazing they are. Sure, they were able to get us multiple cash offers with quick closes. Sure, they knew the market (rental and sale). Sure they return calls within minutes. Sure they can negotiate the details to get you the best deal. But mostly, they are 100% amazing people who will be there for you if something goes sideways.
