Had a VERY unpleasant experience with Vaseekaran Janarthanam and his companion Neha! They posted a rental property in Long Grove and I contacted them for showing and Mr. Janarthanam never showed up and sent Ms Neha instead of him. She showed us this house (which is btw in horrible condition especially outside) but couldn’t answer any of our questions. We were ready to rent this house but just needed some paint updated and some little things. Couple days later I tried to contact her so she could send me a list of docs we needed to provide and nothing she just disappeared. I found a phone number of Vaseekaran Janarthanam and scheduled another meeting but he again never showed up and sent Neha. She was talking with the realtor on the phone in their language with no respect to us. She started shouting at my husband and yelling for no reason. She was super rude and unprofessional! Never want to have business with both of them!
