Olga de Lange is both an architectural designer and REALTOR® specializing in the use of advanced architectural software to help clients visualize the remodel potential of existing homes from kitchens and baths to whole house remodels. Olga is also a licensed building contractor and can quickly assess the remodel potential & affordable cost-effective estimates for renovations both big and small when buying a house for sale or preparing a house to sell. This has proven to be an invaluable asset to Olga's clients. Olga has managed the design-build process for numerous projects in the greater Denver/Boulder and Foothills area. Olga holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the university of Mississippi, Sarc.
