Our experience was excellent. From the beginning Kelly was honest and up front about our property. We needed to get more for the property then was possible in the market at the time. Kelly was willing to give it a try and we had and offer within 2 weeks. We were hoping for $215,000 and received an offer for $220,000. We were very happy with Kelly's work and obviously excited that we were able to sell for more than we were hoping for. I would definitely use Kelly again and would be quick to refer friends who are looking to sell their homes.
