My experience with the team was A1 It was a long process as it was a difficult property with lots of issues which Alex took in stride. He was always there, always positive and kept me informed of everything going on. In the end he did sell my property for a fair price and I'm very happy.

Karin, Alex and the rest of the team are amazing! Karin knows every neighborhood, every trend and every other agent. Most importantly, she won’t just help you find the house of your dreams, she will make sure you actually get that house. Years ago Karin worked with us for six months to find our first house in Mill Valley, negotiate a reduced purchase price (even in a hot market) and then fend off all attempts by the seller to back out of the deal. Just recently I called Karin out of the blue about an investment property I was interested in, and she and Alex jumped into action. They guided me to a winning offer and we went from “Hey Karin, I am thinking of buying an investment property…” to closing in 8 days. They always answered my calls, knew all the right moves to make, and protected my interests in ways I would never have thought of.
