I absolutely recommend The Holub Team to anyone buying and selling a home in the Houston area. In the past, I've had experiences with other real estate agents that conducted their business and got the job done. They weren't bad. The Holub Team, however, is quite different. They went above and beyond my expectations in every respect. Really prompt responses when I had questions via text, email or phone. Super friendly and personable personalities in every interaction. They kept me well-informed of everything happening with the buying and selling processes during the offers, inspections, closings, etc. We've even had multiple follow ups after closing; not that it was necessary, but just because that's what good people do. My wife and I are big fans of The Holub Team. We don't anticipate other real estate needs anytime soon, but we will definitely be repeat customers when it's time.

Mr. Holub and his assisting group did a great job with handling some uncommon issues with potential buyers and finally completing the sale. The paperwork and communication with the seller being out of State was pretty smooth. Mr. Holub went out of his way to handle any issues stemming from the vacant home with seller out of town. I would use them again.

My wife and I just bought our first home. We started the process a little late in the game, but Paul and his team endeavored to do anything they could to be of assistance. Paul is very open with his time. We were able to see quite a few houses in a very short amount of time and, when we were ready to move forward, Paul was ready to work late at night or early in the morning to get things done. He was good at pointing things out in houses we visited that first time buyers certainly did not notice! He was great at negotiating with the seller's agent and got us a good price on the house.
