Andrea was absolutely amazing! From the second we met her she had prepared a bound book on the market value of our home. She answered any and all questions. I'm slightly neurotic and a lawyer, so very type A, and she handled me with ease. I was concerned about the type of lockbox on the house, people letting our cats out during showings, and about a million other things. She always had great advice. She responds faster than my own retired mother to texts and calls! One time we came home and I took off my wedding ring and left it on our dresser and went out to run errands. She texted us to show the house and said I was fine with it except my ring was out. She showed up early and "hid" my ring in our house so that the people seeing it could not steal it. We had a rollercoaster experience that left me anxious as all get out. Andrea was my rock through it all. Beyond that she's funny and charismatic. And I truly feel like I've gained a friend out of this experience. Long story short, Andrea is the best person to use to sell or buy a house in the Houston area that there is. By the way, I've used about 6 different realtors in the Houston area and I never bothered to recommend or rate them even once. I rave about Andrea all the damn time, and I don't even live in Houston anymore!

She went above and beyond any realtor would have for showings... even when people did not have an appointment or we were unable to get home to take care of the dogs, she was there making sure the house showed! I can not say enough good things about my realtor! She was always listening to myvwants and needs and ultimately helped me get it. She was always available. Whether to show a property or answer questions. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She made sure I got the best deal and did all the behind the scenes work to research to make sure I didn't get into something that wasnt a good choice.
