Vitali has been the best thing to happen to us since we decided to move to the Chicago area. He has been there for us at every turn, helping us find the right house in the right place at the right price. Right through closing and beyond. He is knowledgeable and talented, but also fun and friendly - a welcome relief if home buying makes you as anxious as it does us.

I honestly say that Vitali far exceeded my expectations. I was remote in California and never even had to step foot in the Chicagoland. Vitali is a one-stop shop, with a wide network of those who do rehab, and a variety of handy-man and other skillful trades. I just do not know how he managed to get it all done for me, even in a slow season, and then a check from the home sale arrived via courier. He was available 24x7, even during his vacation. His response time was like 30 sec. I'm extremely pleased. Will always call him, and him only. I highly recommend him.
