- Joanne and I connected, but did no business
Joanne recently hosted an Open House at Netherland Gardens totaling misleading potential Buyer's with erroneous information regarding the unit Maintenance. First she stated $600 a month which I stated impossible there is not such # for any one bedrooms here. Then saw stated from the top of her head $700. I found out the Maintenance is $780. She was ill prepared contradicting herself about everything in the apartment what's left what's not left. As a senior agent is was very confusing and disheartening hearing a professional ramble #'s. When you don't know the answer the appropriate response would be I will find out for you. How can a Broker host an open house not even knowing the Maintenance of the unit. Poorly done Ms Heyman.
