Don’t bother looking for another realtor because this guy Daniel is the most hardworking and dependable guy I know. I remember every time he showed me the houses I needed to see. Back then I didn’t even have a car. Daniel helped me buy my first house in Queens. He negotiated the real estate for me. He always picked up my calls or returns them. Made me feel like a brother. Great friend and he knows his job very well. Him, Rhonda, Willy, Mr. Hernandez, Jay, Jordan, ms. denise, Gerald, and everyone else that helped me get the house we needed. My daughter, my dog, we all got more space. This guy is my Go To Guy for everything in real estate. Very useful. He’s a notary, security officer, owns different businesses related to real estate and can without a doubt make things happen. Thank you people so much. My house is worth 3x as much in equity and we just getting comfortable here in Queens from California. Thanks again.

Danny is such a helpful person to have while in the midst of looking for an apartment, I needed extra extra help so I reached out to him. I couldn’t get any luck by myself so after we got familiar, he found me my new beautiful one bedroom apartment in the Bronx. It took a while but it was all worth it. I had to give him all my information and kept on hitting him up nonstop, I mean I must have been annoying with all my texts and calls I make to him but he works, I get answers. He’s very busy but very good. Definitely a huge support. His coworkers are also magnificent. I text and get answers fast unlike other realtors that never returns my calls. Danny DMs me with new information all the time and about the market since I need to make a purchase for a house, he keeps me up to date. My husband loves him too. I got to shout out Daniel Olivo for helping out my mom with our house purchase. We bought a house with Daniels help, he kept it real with us at all times. I never had thought that a realtor could change my life in such a way that we can’t forget him. My mom had her whole life savings trusted in him and mr. Olivo never let us down, some things he couldn’t do because he just couldn’t but he is so good at what he do. We was able to get a loan from him since he’s also a businessman, he’s very genuine and generous. Buying a house is so frustrating and depressing but Mr. olivo made it easy. Thank God for him. He has really good friends in the business as well. he’s very liked by everybody because he’s hardworking, dependable, legit, and a man of his word. If anything all real estates should be more like him.

I want to say that Mr. Olivo helped me and my fiancé finally get an apartment, we’ve been searching for a long time, we checked everywhere, tried it all but it wasn’t until we got close with Mr. Olivo that was the first one to actually help. Fast and easy. He made it work. The waiting time is frustrating but they did the best they can do. We finally have our own apartment with a new kitchen and it was all worth it. I can keep studying at home with no problems.

The most unrushed and prepared people I know. I had needed to pay for some professional services since my Aunt had a house in NY that needed some work done, so we had researched around, asked around, and found some guy name “Mr. Olivo” which he had showed up to our house so fast, we in Albany Ny, up state, he came in his white Mercedes truck, suited up, with some old fashion brief case but they were so professional and friendly. Olivo had showed me everything. They had it all down packed. He helped us remodel our house at the lowest prices.
