John is a consummate professional, and was instrumental in helping us find a property in New Orleans that met our criteria. As we live out of state, it was imperative that we find and agent with expertise in New Orleans real estate, and one with excellent and responsive communication. John far exceeded our expectations in these areas. He took the time to clearly understand our needs, wants and budget. He is a very active agent, constantly revising our search as we learned more about New Orleans and real estate restrictions different from those in our state. As a real estate investor himself, he guided us in thinking about the investment flexibility certain properties offered which others did not. He clearly pointed out any limitations to properties, ( structural and otherwise) which we could easily have overlooked. His experience as a contractor was invaluable in helping us assess the condition, and renovation workmanship of properties we viewed. He is also well connected and was very helpful in guiding us to an investor friendly lender who was also quite experienced and pointed us to options which ended up saving a significant amount. John was there for the final inspection of the home we purchased, which we were very grateful for. He is a gem!
