Ryan Vergara is great at what he does and helped Laura Schroeder and I buy our first townhouse. He finds out what you like, stick to that and does not push you to buying something you do not like or that he thinks is not a good option. Won't go anywhere else with housing info except through Ryan!

Ryan is an amazing realtor! He sold our townhome without us even needing to put it on the market. It sold the week before our open house! He got us in to see our current home within 4 hours of it being listed, contacted a lender over a weekend, and got the offer in. Ryan is laid back but super capable. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!
