Matt Moffit is the best real estate agent anyone could ever have! He helped me to buy my first home, something I was expecting to be scary and stressful he made simple and fun! I bought the property as an investment, knowing it was not my forever home, but expected to be there a number of years. Any time I had a question about how to be a home owner over the first couple years, I called Matt, who was always quick to help me and point me in the right direction. He was not only a real estate agent, but an adulting coach! Then just after two years of being in the house, I stumbled across my dream home that was in the perfect location and was literally a once in a lifetime find, AND just happened to be for sell! There were so many things that had to happen and so many stars that had to align for this to work out, and thanks to Matthew Moffit, who moved worlds and created the perfect alignment, I now have it! The home was already under contract, and Matt kept on top of it and made sure that if there were any changes that we would be the first in line, and we were! While Matt has a positive attitude, I greatly appreciate that he tells me exactly what's going on and not just what he thinks I want to hear. He handled everything from setting me up with a great broker to managing all the inspections, he even helped me work through the process of getting the right property manager to rent out my first house! I can't say enough about Matt, from helping me handle property managers to answering all my late night questions, he has gone above and beyond and outside anything required of him just to help make things easier for me. He was always there to support no matter the time or day. I don't think there is any way he'll ever know how much I appreciate him, but if you EVER need a realtor, this is your guy!
