I enjoyed working with Patricia and highly recommend her as a Realtor! She asked me what I was looking for, my budget, my priorities, and asked follow up questions that I did not think of. She took the time to look and call all the West Loop apartments to find the pricing, list of amenities, and if they would be a great fit for me. She created a spreadsheet with all the upcoming buildings we would be looking at. In this spreadsheet, the price, square footage, amenities, and etc. was included. The best way I can describe both meeting and working with Patricia is Professional Fate! I began the search process for a new home without a realtor, relying on third-party real estate services such as Redfin and Zillow. While touring a home in the Little Italy neighborhood that Patricia was hosting, I took the bait and put my signature on the sign-in sheet where Patricia wasted no time to follow-up and gain a better sense of my needs and what type of homes I would be interested in.
