The first time my husband and I met Elias, he said we will find our dream home. He definitely kept his word because we did find our dream home. Even at times when we were disappointed he would still encourage us that our dream home was out there waiting for us. You could call or text him no matter the time and be sure to receive a response. Elias was with us from the beginning to the end of the entire process. Even after everything is done and said he's still there by your side. Elias was excellent with his interpersonal skills. He was friendly, confident and tenacious in finding us properties and making appointments to visit them. If he says he would be somewhere at a certain time, he was. I pride myself on punctuality and he even made me look bad at one of the listings by beating us there. He listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to put together lists of proposed properties that met our criteria. Elias was great the house listed and sold quickly. He was so calm and guided me along the whole process. He started by telling me what to fix and what was fine. Then he staged the entire house prior to photos . He had an abundance of shots done including aerials. One day it was listed we had 13 viewings the next two days . The house sold before we had a chance to put up the sign . Elias helped with getting everything from the home owners association for a quick closing within two weeks . Very smooth process .
