Josue helped us to purchase our home. We had gone through several possibilities until we found the perfect one. He worked very hard to get it at the best price. Several of our friends also were happily successful at purchasing homes with Josue as their Realtor. We own two rental homes that when we decide to sell we will have Josue as our agent.

My wife and I were moving to Florida from Philadelphia, we had contacted a realtor and they showed us everything we were NOT looking for and in Neighborhoods we had No desire to live in...We met Josue through a third party which he recommended Josue, so we teamed up with him and he was a true Professional who was always on time, had houses listed that we were looking for...we informed him basically what we wanted...after spending a few days with him we were undecided as our time was running out in Florida as we had to head back to Philly, about a week later Josue called us and sent us pictures of a house we both liked, it needed some slight repairs and he made sure they were done, and we flew back and bought the house...He and his son even helped us unload out truck..we still consider him a friend who is honest and trustworthy and will do his best to find that right home for you..he did us and we are still living in Florida.

Josue Soto and Equity 1 Realty exceeded all of our expectations and then some. We inquired on line for a specific house and were being shown the house within hours. We put our bid in and went back and forth with the sellers and decided to move on. Note that the sellers wound up waiting 2 months to sell their home and for less than what we had originally offered. Josue showed us more homes the next day and we found another that met our requirements and were happy that the first deal did not work. Unfortunately we were not the first bid in so we lost that one as well. We put bids in on 3 other homes and lost them as well. Then we found one that we thought was it. We had the inspection done, and what a reality check that was. Josue met with us and the inspectors to review all findings and see what our next steps would be. At that point we said forget it because there seemed to be a lot of things being covered up that the inspection revealed. Thank you Josue. We start another search and that one is swept out from under us as well. This one was in new construction and we really liked the area. Josue said lets talk with the builder and see if there is anything we can do. We met at the sales office and before we left we were under contract. He even made sure that the SOLD sign was placed on the property we were purchasing and on the map in the office before we left. My one concern was that it did not have a garage door opener. Well, Josue made sure that was taken care of as well. He was kind and patient and worked with us throughout the process. He changed his plans to meet our time restraints and made sure that we saw enough properties to know what is out there, and what we really wanted and needed in our new home. Thank You Josue!! We love our new home.
