- Shannan helped me buy a home
Hey first time home buyers! (and all buyers)... Look no further, this is the realtor for you. This was my first home purchase and Shannan and her team helped me every step of the way. The helped me get set up with a mortgage company that worked for me, fought for me and my opportunity to buy a house every step of the way. Not to mention, I had no idea where to even begin, what some terms meant, etc (they don't teach you this stuff in school!) Shannan took care of all my anxiety, questions, and concerns with grace and patience. I found the cutest home for a great price because of them. Everyone wants a realtor you know, like, and trust. Shannan is all of that and more. She seems to take on each client personally and will stop at nothing to get you into the perfect home for the right price. Shannan did a great job for us when we purchased our home in Smyrna. I was really impressed by her "take no prisoners" attitude...she was an amazing negotiator and was readily available to us whenever we had a question or concern, despite her being on vacation when we were hammering out our offer! She really stepped up and went above and beyond for us, since we were purchasing from long distance. We worked with another agent before Shannan and honestly, that agent could never have pulled off the deal that Shannan did. Shannan helped us buy our dream home and I'm so grateful. I look forward to recommending her to our friends and family!
