The process to sell my house from start to finish was seamless with no issues. Mike Gagliardi was extremely professional and fun to work with the entire time. I would not recommend anyone else to list your home with. I am sure all of Mike's clients would echo the same.

We found Mike through his website. It has one of the best search features out there, really allowing you to be specific and narrow down what you are looking for. I created a profile and would occasionally browse and save houses. Before I knew it I was getting responses almost in real time. I figured it was just an automated system and kept perusing. The responses started to get more specific and I realized wow, he must be replying to everything I am saving! We started the process just under 2 years ago and Mike was amazing, bringing us to see whatever we asked about and finding other properties that we would like. We then realized we would have to put the search on hold and Mike completely understood. He would check in on occasion but was never pushy or demanding. Once we started looking again I was back on his site saving away and sure enough he was replying instantly! (I swear he doesn't sleep) He set us up with an amazing mortgage company and the best loan officer. We got the thumbs up and and from there it went faster than I could have ever imagined. Mike knew exactly what we were looking for (and we were a tough couple to please)! Mike happened to be on vacation when a property came up that we wanted to see. He was emailing and texting and kept constant contact with us the whole time. We saw the house on May 30th right when he got back, and closed on July 7th! Mike makes himself totally available to his clients at all times. His replies are almost immediate and he has recommendations for pretty much any and all you could possibly need. He is extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. His vast knowledge of the area was very helpful as neither of us are from Florida. He was excellent at reading Dave and I and being able to find a compromise of what we both wanted and weed out what he knew would not work.
