Mike was professional, knowledgeable and attentive; he listened carefully and never pressured us to do anything we weren't prepared to do. He seemed to always be available, as if we were his only clients (though we definitely were not.) It was reassuring to have Mike on our side while navigating the the closing process. He continued to be extremely helpful throughout the escrow process and beyond, helping us find activities and schools for our kids and even contacting us after closing to see if we needed anything. We feel fortunate to have found him.

I liked how he was an experienced and older gentleman who knows the central florida area. He also listened well on our phone calls to know that it wasn't a rush to buy, but we had a 6-8 month time frame that we would like to start looking. He wasn't pushy at all. A major plus about what I liked about this realtor was that when he went to show a house, he left his phone in his pocket or car and paid attention to us. A lot of realtors stay busy and are checking e-mails, etc on their phone, waiting for the next sale already. This man knew that it's the personal relationship that helps him get business.
