Melissa Barnes

Melissa was born in Cleveland, Ohio and that is where she spent her childhood. At age 19 she decided to move to Florida to finish up her college. In 2001 she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Statistics. Unsure of what to do with her degree she stubbled upon Citizens First Bank in The Villages, Florida where she became an Admistrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President. She absolutely loved The Villages Community and the growth that was happening in the small town where she ended up. Although being an Executive Assistant was nice, it wasnt her dream. She then decided to give the real estate world a chance and found her true passion. She has been part of ERA Grizzard Real Estate since 2002 and has held several different postions in the business from Receptionist to Coordinator to Sales Manager but her true love is selling homes. With her statistics background and strong marketing skills she enjoys marketing homes in a unique way that gets them SOLD!
