Kimberly was FANTASTIC! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was a 'referral/fill in' because the realtor we had signed with was unavailable the weekend we needed to look at houses. We found the house we wanted while looking with her, so she took over for us the rest of the process. We had an exceptionally challenging process due to the selling realtor and Kimberly was there fighting the fight with us the entire time. I was blown away by the amount of time and effort she put into our purchase. I never would've expected my realtor to take on all that she was willing to do. Adding to that amazement was the fact that since she was a 'referral/fill in' for the realtor we had already signed with, so she was providing all of that effort while splitting her paycheck (commission)...just AMAZING! I would strongly recommend her to anyone for buying or selling a house. Truly a great experience having her as our realtor.
