Lou Ann Martin recently sold our home in Shoreacres, tx. She was responsive at first, seemed to be concerned until the ten day option period, then everything changed. On the ninth day in the afternoon, Lou Ann emails my wife and tells her we have until 5:00 to agree to repair certain inspection items. My wife replied to email with concerns to which Lou Ann did not respond. Due to no response we reasoned Buyers negotiated an "as-is" contract so we said no and did not agree to any repairs. Lou Ann set up and paid for requested repairs. We had to make repeated contact attempts to get info related to closing. She wouldn't return calls or emails. The title company was who contacted us to schedule the closing, not Lou Ann or her staff, to close on time had to be with in 18 hours. We had concerns on some of the docs, due to incorrect info, we called her and received no response. We corrected docs to the best of our ability/knowledge and signed them and waited to see if some would have to be resigned. All in all, I think she probably is good just seems to be overwhelmed and can't delegate responsibility to staff or realize when her plate is full.

not good! Can be very smart mouth, sharp tongue, did as little as possible and a tour of the home after closing for an hour and a half instead of while we were in the home or needing our realator's attention. Just a very bad experience !
