Ah, where to begin other than this is your gal if you are looking for a dependable, on the ball, superb with communication and very knowledgeable agent. My family and I just relocated to the Austin from, you guessed it, California, and started this process back in late February. Tracey had her work cut out for her because we had a pretty specific checklist and neighborhoods that we were interested in... Let me back up, when I first started I knew nothing about the Austin area and from the very start she took her time to show me around, and shared her extensive knowledge about all the different pockets surrounding Austin. In spite of being in another state during this process, she made it as painless as it could have been, and even skyped listings she previewed for us. She even saved us from buying a money pit which turned up all sorts of problems during the inspection and as per her advice, we backed out of the deal. At the time we were devastated, but as she kept reminding us, everything happens out for a reason. We know this was absolutely the right decision and we are so thankful for her willingness to give us her honest opinion which didn't make her job any easier. I should also mention that we knew nothing about propane and septic systems so she guided us through all of that fun stuff, too. Tracey Guttes is an A+++ agent.
