The day I drove my my dream house, and called Julie to get basic information, was the day I knew I got a great realtor. The whole way through, she cared about me in this process just as much as my own family does. The first ever experience I had with buying a home was a rollercoaster getting all the parties to communicate effectively together, but somehow Julie Alexander of Kuper Sothebys made it both easy to understand as well as leaving me, a first time homebuyer, with a great taste in my mouth of both Kuper Sothebys and buying a home. Julie truly showed heart throughout an otherwise heartless process, for which Im thankful.

Our realtor Julie truly went above and beyond for us during our search for our first home. We were really glad we had a consultation with her before viewing houses; she offered a lot of advice, answered our questions, and reassured our doubts. We scheduled viewings that day with her! She was very knowledgeable about the houses and potential problems she noticed helped in our decision making. When we first viewed found our soon to be home she already knew it was perfect for us! She helped make the perfect offer that helped our budget and one she knew the seller would likely accept, and they did! She kept us updated on the entire process and made recommendations for inspectors. She was very friendly and even gave us hugs and showed excitement for us as if we were long time friends, made us very comfortable with her. We love our new home, thank you Julie!
