This is our second purchase with Lindsey and this year we where buyers and sellers. We stumbled on a house right before it hit the market and Lindsey helped us immediately get an offer within a few hours. She also helped us get everything we asked for with repairs before closing. When we sold our house to purchase this new one she helped with staging and photography created a perfect sale. She helped us double our investment on the property. With the challenges of COVID, Lindsey was prepared with all of the safety precautions for us and our viewers. Lindsey is our one and only and could not be happier!

I am a first-time home buyer and felt pretty lost in the process. I was referred to Lindsey and her team from a friend at work and I as soon as we talked on the phone I felt much more at ease. Lindsey and Jeremy immediately started searching for the perfect house for me. They would go by and vet any house to make sure it was a good fit before having me spend time looking at houses that were not right for me. Buying a new house is stressful enough, buying a house in a sellers market from out of state is a whole new level. We were relocated for work and used a recommended realtor, not fun. Multiple areas we weren't interested in were pushed on us and it seemed like that agent was just going thru the motions and we were very discouraged and decided to get a new agent. Thankfully we found Lindsey and her team. My wife truly enjoyed looking at houses with Lindsey. She made it fun, like this isn't a perfect house for you, lets see see another one.....until we found the perfect house for us. In this crazy market it lasted less than 6 hours on the market, in that time Lindsey had arranged a showing, did all the research for the area and helped us submit a offer that was amazing, so different from what other agents were doing that the sellers jumped on it with no bidding war. Definitely got our house due to Lindsey and her negotiation skills. From there on her and her team made it seamless, all the way thru closing and a truly memorable move-in experience. I was looking for a realtor moving from NY to the Woodstock/ Canton area. There are many realtor options but very few that have the high ratings Lindsey and her team consistently have. I submitted an inquiry form through her website and she called me soon while on the way to vacation. We hit it off right away and she was very easy to talk with. She asked specific questions on exactly the type of house we were looking for and what we did not like. She has a portal that will send you daily updates of houses that meet your search criteria which was very helpful. One of the big differences between Lindsey Haas and other realtors is that they have a small office that all work to support you. For example, she had an awesome realtor in her office (Tracie Love) show us homes the only weekend we traveled to ATL. Tracie stepped in because Lindsey had family members who had come down with Covid. With Tracie I felt we had a new friend who was very patient with us as we tried to filter the communities and types of homes we were interested in. With Tracie we found our dream home in a 55+ community. Lindsey is a master negotiator. I have seen her work her magic with builders and sales. She is a true advocate for her client and points out issues that we would have never caught. She was very easy to get in touch with especially when we had to do so much of this transaction virtually. She FaceTimed us during our walk through, home inspection and even went to the house to take measurements for our fridge, washer/dryer and window treatments. She has many contacts and put us in touch with a great mortgage contact and gave me insurance recommendations since we were new to the area. I was so impressed with Lindsey and her team that I referred my son as a first time home buyer. She really helped him tremendously navigate the hot ATL sellers market and has a good relationship with many of the realtors you may work with on the other side of the transaction. I cannot say enough of

When we decided we would consider listing our house, a friend who had a successful selling process using Lindsey Haas team highly suggested we give her a call. He even called back a few weeks after he initially gave us her number to urge us to make the call. She was the first realtor we interviewed. We set up a meeting for her to come see the house. She came totally prepared; had done her homework prior to meeting us. We were so impressed with her market knowledge and preparation we decided to sign up with her on the spot. She presented us with a plan to meet our goals, talked about her team that backs her up, and the plan for staging the house. The whole selling experience was positive and....crazy. She kept in constant communication with us. We stopped counting offers after 27. On the day of the open house the neighborhood kids set up an impromptu lemonade stand, there were so many potential buyers lined up to see our house. Our house sold way over asking price. There is no words to express how thankful we are for having Lindsey and her team as our real state agent. We did have to do our part, but when it came to what was needed to be done, Lindsey was extremely helpful advising us every step of the way. Our first home back in April 2015 sold in 3 days for the full asking price, and our second home in September 2020 sold in a week also for the full asking price. Lindsey and her team are an absolute DREAM to work with. The process was so smooth and seamless with her at our side. The market today is a tough cookie - but she secured us the house of our dream and made sure it was in a comfortable budget. Beyond that - she sold our current home for more than we ever dreamt possible. This was my 1st home and it was so hard for me to sell it but it was the right choice for me to do at that time.
